Purchases and Delivery

By providing credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are the card holder or have permission from the card holder to use the card on this website. For your own safety we reserve the right to contact your card issuer for the purpose of carrying out security checks.

 

Wines purchased from our website are for personal consumption only and are not for resale.

 

It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect shipments for damage upon receipt and, if any damage or defect is found, to notify Squam Rock Wines, Inc. by email within 24 hours of shipment receipt. Should you fail to notify us within 24 hours of delivery, it shall be deemed that your order was delivered in good condition and you may not later make a claim for damaged bottles.

Cancellation

Squam Rock Wines, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any orders that cannot be fulfilled for any reason. If your order is cancelled, payment for that order will be refunded and you will be contacted with an explanation of the reason for cancellation.
