Shipping and Returns

Shipping

When we receive your order, it typically takes 2 business days for the order to be processed and staged, plus the transit time of the shipping method chosen during checkout. Please note that certain states, such as New Hampshire, may require an additional 3 to 5 business days before the order can be shipped. If your order is time-sensitive or you need to ensure the wine will be delivered by a certain date, please contact us by phone or email prior to submitting your order.

When your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase so that the recipient can make arrangements to receive the shipment.  If you know you will not be at home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending your order to a commercial or business address where the package can be received and signed for.

Like food, wine is a perishable product. It can be jeopardized by very hot or cold temperatures. Our priority is to ensure the wine reaches you in its optimal condition. We may delay shipment during periods of extremely hot or cold weather to protect your wine.

Delivery

By law, you must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive shipments of alcoholic beverages. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult, that is, a person who is 21 years of age or older and is not intoxicated at the time of receipt. 

 

You also agree that you are complying with the direct shipping laws in your area to the best of your knowledge, including any volume limits.

 

Up to three delivery attempts will be made after which the order will be returned by the carrier. Additional shipping costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not, we want to make it right. Please contact us with any issues or concerns about your order.

 

We ask that you carefully inspect each shipment as soon as it is received. If you find that any bottles are broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately by phone or email and provide photos of the damage. Notifying us within 24 hours of delivery will allow us to pursue a shipping claim.
